Baby at 12 Weeks

I had my first OB appointment on Monday. To my surprise they did an ultrasound as well. Isn't our baby the cutest!! You can see the fingertips up by the face, and where the ear is developing, along with some facial structure. It's so neat what medical advances we have available to us. I will be 12 weeks along on Thursday, Happy Valentine's Day to us. Fortunately I haven't been really sick the past couple of months either. Hopefully this is a sign to what kind of kid it will turn out being as well. Damien hopes we're having a girl, and I'll be pleased if it's in one piece.
